The company's visitors can easily be registred in the visit system. It's an easy system to work with and that makes the daily work more efficient for the receptionist/operator as well as for the users. When the visitors arrives they can be registerd in Tellus Operator, the webclient or in the Self registration Terminal. When the visitor is checked in a message will be sent to the recipient via mail or sms. To the visit system you can connect a label printer that automatically prints badges when the visit is registred. It is possible to create reports from the system.

In SourceTech Tellus®Visit Terminal™ the visitors can register themself. The layout can be customized to fit the company's profile. By connecting a label printer to the system visitor badges can be printed automatically.
SMS-gateway
The visit system can be connected to a SMS-gateway, this makes it possible that the recepient recieves a SMS when the visitor has arrived.
Administration in Tellus Operator and Tellus Web
In SourceTech Tellus® Operator™ it is possible to add, remove or modify the visitor. In Tellus Web the users can administrate their own visitors. The visitor are saved in the system, this means that the visitor only has to be added once, the next time the system will find all the information and will add it automaticly. This history will be cleared automatically and can also be removed i Tellus Operator.
